"Who put these boxes here?
An empty road. Scattered trees, none bearing fruit. A sky is full of clouds that will not rain.
No signs of human life. And yet these boxes..."

/ Richard Gwyn

Undoubtedly, we are in times of civilizational changes, where the human being is placed on the bench of uncomfortable questions. Questions that probably come from very far back and others that are added in these complex times.  We could try with a first one: can you make jewelry today?  Surely the answer is “yes”, but perhaps, more than ever, these jewels cannot be innocent of the realities that surround us, that flood us, that we breathe and that even cover us. Perhaps it is the time for founding new insights. So, the current context can be conducive to imagining scenarios that, in addition to specific jewelry objects, might add other codes of communication, or combine with the formulation of questions and the search for answers.

Why not look through time, and build a scene to invite the viewer´s complicity and bring possible dialogues closer?  A scene where objects converse, come to participate, contribute other visions, points of inflection and of reflection with an environment, with ourselves and with an accidental but not naive audience, facing doubts and questions such as ¿what does doing mean? and in the face of a few certainties, such as the conviction that the game must be opened, and more so in these times.

Starting from this idea, we seek to build scenes that tell our stories, like mirrors of our mental images. But, how to approach a mirror? It is a daily exercise, from which we often flee quickly, before the images of the pastor of beings which we bring towards our present reach us.   As we approach, the mirror will try, with its best effort, to give us back a caress to face the nights. What will the jewels do?
