The special display entitled FRAME is where renowned international galleries present themselves with works in the fields of jewellery, ceramics and textiles. Located in the direct vicinity of the international exhibitions SCHMUCK münchen with Modern Classic, EXEMPLA münchen, and TALENTE münchen The presence of the special display areas further enhances the profile of the Internationale Handwerksmesse and Handwerk & Design.
FRAME galleries – a consistent source of fascination and simply breathtaking: internationally acclaimed galleries present the finest jewellery, utensils, and ceramics. A yearly source of inspiration for everyone who loves exceptional interior design and unique accessories.

A reason for the jewellery scene to make the move from South Africa through Canada and all the way to Munich is the prestigious international galleries, which, under the title FRAME, set the stage for SCHMUCK as a splendid decoration and can only be experienced together at Internationale Handwerksmesse and «Handwerk & Design».


At the 2025 edition, the selected galleries are as follows:
  • Galerie Noel Guyomarc'h, Canada.
    Opened in 1996, the gallery is the only one in Canada dedicated to contemporary jewellery.
     
  • Galerie Rosemarie Jäger, Germany.
    Classical positions and unusual concepts of contemporary applied art.
     
  • Platina, Sweden.
    It was founded in Stockholm in 1999 and has hosted many contemporary jewellery artists since then.
     
  • Tinsel Gallery, South Africa.
    Presents contemporary jewellers in South Africa and provides a platform for the exhibition and sale of their work.
     
  • Gallery MARZEE, Netherlands.
    The world's largest independent gallery for contemporary art jewellery and known for its intensive promotion of young artists.
     
  • Aria Gallery, Iran.
    Aria Gallery was founded in 1992 in Tehran and specialises in modern and contemporary fine art.
     
  • Gallery O, South Korea.
    Since 2001, the Seoul-based gallery has made it its mission to introduce South Korea to national and international contemporary jewellery. This year, it will present eleven leading artists of Korean contemporary jewellery at FRAME.
     
  • Objects Beautiful, UK.
    Objects Beautiful at FRAME 2025 first time, celebrates contemporary Hair-Jewellery - that fell out of fashion in the 20th century, though played an important role since ancient times - created by 40 artist-jewellers, spread internationally, claiming back hair-scape’s romance and tenderness.
     
  • Heidi Lowe Gallery, USA.
    Heidi Lowe Gallery, a contemporary art jewelry gallery opened in 2006, presents the Earrings Galore exhibition, showcasing a rich and diverse array of earrings made by over 60 emerging and established studio jewelers.
     
  • The Closer Gallery, China.
    The Closer Gallery is a small-scale art space located in central downtown Beijing, China. With its comprehensive concern that integrates 3 aspects of function: contemporary jewellery art gallery, concept store, and art studio, its establishment, since2017, has organised solo exhibitions more than 20 times, which involve both Chinese and overseas artists.
     
  • The Gallery of Art in Legnica, Poland.
    The Gallery of Art is organising the Legnica Jewellery SILVER Festival – one of the largest events in Europe presenting contemporary jewellery, whose tradition in the presentation of goldsmithing goes back over 40 years.
     
  • Galerie CEBRA, Germany.
    In 1987, Anemone Tontsch founded “CEBRA” with Ursula Pantel—one of the first jewelry galleries in Germany. Anemone Tontsch has been the sole owner of the gallery since 2000 and organizes regular exhibitions in both rooms.
