Gioielli in Fermento 2014 will be hosted at the historic cellar of Dozza’s Rocca Sforzesca. In the opening of the exhibition you'll have the opportunity to attend a wine tasting, dedicated to the Malvasia di Candia grape variety.

Within the program of “Summer evenings and cool wine“ from 10 to 22 July the Enoteca Regionale Emilia Romagna is glad to host the 2014 edition of “Gioielli in Fermento”. The ornaments by Gioielli in Fermento will let you discover how colors, shades and intensity play their role similar to the discovery of the wines during a tasting moment. The main theme of the project Gioielli in Fermento offers this pairing of sensory experiences in the two spheres of activity: winemaking and jewellery design, in order to increase their attractiveness.

Remarks

The opening is scheduled for Thursday, July 10 at 6pm, followed by a wine tasting evening at 8.30pm that will be dedicated to the Malvasia di Candia grape variety with Maurizio Manzoni, head of the permanent wine exhibition at Enoteca di Dozza, and supported by the Italian association of Sommeliers for the Romagna region (AIS Romagna).

Admission is free until 20.30 welcome by a glass of Torre Fornello wines.
To attend the following tasting, however, please call for reservation at 0542 678089 or mailto info@enotecaemiliaromagna.it. The tasting will take place starting at 20.30 in the inner court of the fortress of Dozza and, in case of bad weather, the recently renovated interior spaces (entrance ticket 15 euro).

The entrance after the opening, always free, will respect the timetable of the Enoteca Regionale Emilia Romagna and the exhibition will be hosted inside the historic cellar of Dozza’s Rocca Sforzesca until July 22nd.
