Jewellery and sculptures by Serena Holm

Serena Holm, with roots in Italy, has taken on a delicate goldsmith tradition where the ornaments and symbols dominate. Serena Holm builds uses assemblage for her creation of new, intricate and ambiguous figures. Her jewellery includes gold and enamel and may at first glance feel rather cute and naive. That feeling changes to an uncertainty as the eyes get closer to the objects and new stories emerges.
