Intro
PRECIEUX !?, an exhibition from the Precious Collective. The ‘Precious Collective’ has evolved organically since November 2017 into a collective of makers from around the globe, a community that enables dialogue and support between makers and countries. With over 120 members from 30 countries and representing all stages of a jewellery career (from students to world-renowned artists), the Precious Collective is all about connection and conversation.

Artist list

Claire Allain, Alison Brown, Rachel Butlin, Rachael Colley, Adriana Del Duca, Maria Garcia, Asya Gulak, Caitlin Hegney, Iro Kaskani, Verena Krems, Barbara Laso, Monique Lecouna, Roxy Lentz, Wanshu Li, Jillian Moore, Val Muddyman, Viktoria Münzker Ferus, Mira Nomegusta, Isabel Tristan Ochoa, Sigrun Palmisano, Anna Reiss, Dan Russell, Elena Saenko, Robin Shelton, Lynne Speake, Lucy Spink, Katrin Spranger, Hansel Tai, Rebekah Wilson, Sandra Zinkute
What binds Precious members together is their ambiguous relationship to notions of what precious is or creating in ways that challenge traditional jewellery making through materials, techniques or concepts. 30 members work has been chosen for this the second exhibition from this dynamic collective.
Précieux!? is truly a celebration of Art Jewellery and what can be interpreted as Precious.
