It's time to start the new year at Four and we are proud to present our first exhibition with Manami Aoki.

The material and exploration of it are central to many jewelry artists. In the Japanese artist Manami Aoki's work this process becomes apparent.
Aoki reveals the wood fibres by slowly hammering pieces of cedar or cypress, creating work that both literally and on a more emotional level illustrate the qualities of the material.
