After a long, dark winter, spring and sunlight have finally come to Vienna. For some of us at STOSSIMHIMMEL, this is the moment we enter our productive part of the year when we get overflown with energy and new ideas.Lately, we have been making lots of new rings, earrings and pendants, smaller than usual and much more wearable, but with beautiful and dramatic details. Momentarily they are available only at STOSSIMHIMMEL.
Recently, Izabella Petrut has started experimenting with 3D modelling, using the Anarkink3D software and Falcon Haptic device. Next week she will print her first test, and if all goes according to plan, she will soon share with you a fun colourful ring. Meanwhile, Michelle Kraemer has been experimenting with wax and finding new ways to marry metal with balsa wood. Lena Grabher continued making some new pieces in wax and is experimenting with a new colourful material … details to come soon. Eva Tesarik is working on some new beautiful necklaces, revisiting her interest in shells and natural materials.
Although in a pseudo-hibernation state during the winter time, we, the eight artists at STOSSIMHIMMEL: Michelle Kraemer, Izabella Petrut, Eva Tesarik, Lena Grabher, Dora Des, Heike Wanner, Caroline Ertl and Astrid Siber, have been working on many new things. We are now ready to celebrate together with you the fruits of our last few months labour and the warm sunny days.
