You are warmly welcome to a lecture by Karin Seufert (on Wednesday), followed by the opening of her solo exhibition (on Thursday) at Galerie Multiple Hasselt.
Karin Seufert lives and works in Berlin (DE) and Gothenburg (SE). Her practice focuses on the use of unconventional materials within the context of jewelry — materials that question traditional values and expectations. For several years, she has worked primarily with PVC. Through a meticulous and time-intensive process of repetition and point structures, her work makes time visible and tangible, resulting in objects that combine technical precision with a meditative quality.
