Nele Bernheim, fashion historian, is welcomed at PXL-MAD School of Arts in Hasselt for talking about her research.
As a joint PhD candidate in History at the University of Antwerp and Art Sciences at Ghent University, Belgium, her dissertation is entitled 'Norine Couture, Brussels: The Embodiment of the Belgian Avant-Garde, 1915-1952.'
Nele Bernheim lectures Fashion History at the École Nationale Supérieure Des Arts Visuels de La Cambre in Brussels.
Starting from key examples of PXL-MAD's 'A History of Jewellery' class, this lecture aims to explore western fashionable dress from c. 1500 to c. 1930.
