Intro
Following the success of the 2025 edition and encouraged by the response of the public, AUTOR returns to Cluj-Napoca on 10 and 11 October 2026 for a new autumn edition of the fair. AUTOR Cluj Edition continues its partnership with Transylvania Jewelry Festival, taking forward a shared purpose: to promote and support contemporary jewellery.

The 23rd edition of AUTOR International Contemporary Jewelry Fair took place in May at the National History Museum of Romania in Bucharest. For those less familiar with the beginnings of the fair, during its first six years AUTOR organised two editions each year: one in spring and one in autumn.

For us, AUTOR Cluj Edition marks a return to this rhythm, but in a different city and in conversation with a different audience - one that wants more opportunities to discover and experience contemporary jewellery at home, in Cluj-Napoca.

Over the years, AUTOR has developed a strong international profile, bringing together designers, galleries, schools and jewellery platforms from around the world. The Cluj edition continues this international direction and becomes even more relevant through its place within Transylvania Jewelry Festival. Together, the fair and the festival create a broader context for contemporary jewellery: a space for discovery, exchange and dialogue between designers, professionals and the public.

We warmly invite jewellery designers from Romania and abroad to apply for AUTOR Cluj Edition. We want to offer them a professional setting in which to present and sell their work, share their vision and engage with an audience that is curious, passionate and interested in discovering contemporary jewellery.

AUTOR Cluj Edition will take place on 10 and 11 October 2026 at HUB UTCN, 4 George Barițiu Street, in the centre of Cluj-Napoca.

Founded in 2009, AUTOR is Romania’s first platform dedicated exclusively to contemporary jewellery and reached its 23rd edition in 2026. Over the years, we have had the pleasure of selecting and supporting more than 2,000 designers, connecting them with a curious and jewellery-loving public—without whom this story could not have continued.

Through AUTOR, thousands of jewellery pieces have found their wearers, while designers from around the world have had the opportunity to share their ideas and collections with new audiences. After all these years, AUTOR remains a meeting place for creativity, new ideas and people who believe in contemporary jewellery.

We look forward to receiving your applications and discovering new voices and directions in contemporary jewellery!
