In this workshop we turn our attention to spaces: spaces that shape us – the familiar corners of everyday life, our favourite quiet places, public landscapes, places that we pass through today, but also spaces that stretch from childhood memories into the present.
We look at them in terms of their lines, colours, moods and spatial gestures. At the same time, we look at the associated atmospheres, forms, feelings and those personal objects or impressions that are meaningful to us there.
We reveal their hidden qualities by -translating these impressions into plastic form: objects, jewellery or fragments of processes that give the essence of these spaces new shape. In this way, familiar places become starting points for -individual, creative explorations, while the quiet traces of memory are translated into a contemporary form.
