Serenity at Slovenian Jewelry Week 2026

Luis Acosta draws on his extensive experience as a curator at numerous international jewellery exhibitions, such as Beyond Textile, RED – BLACK, On the Move and most recently Alegria (Joy). He is currently presenting his latest project, Serenity, jewels, in which 32 international designers participate.

The exhibition presents a sophisticated interweaving of contemporary jewelry design (brooches, rings, bracelets, and earrings) and a deep reflection on serenity. Its aesthetic is based on clean lines and organic forms, complemented by a palette of soft colors which evoke a sense of serenity at first glance. Carefully selected materials create a subtle dialogue between the ethereal and the tangible, inviting the observer to reflect deeply. 

The philosophy of the exhibited works moves away from the blatant search for attention. Instead, the pieces offer subtlety, closely connected to the essence of the wearer, understanding serenity as a rich interaction of emotion, philosophy, and sustainability. The mission of each individual piece is to become a tangible manifestation of peace in our often so restless world. By choosing such jewelry, we actively invite serenity into our everyday lives, constantly reminding us in the midst of the hustle and bustle of everyday life that inner peace is always within reach.
