The "SCHMUCKinfopoint" is located centrally at the #kreativmuenchen store in the Ruffinihaus and is an initiative of the Team of Excellence for Culture and Creative Industries of the City of Munich in collaboration with the Chamber of Crafts for Munich and Upper Bavaria. The Danner Foundation supports this initiative.

The JEWELRY Week in Munich is closely linked to the IHM, International Crafts Fair. Since 1959, special exhibitions such as "Schmuck," "Talente - Masters of the Future," and "Exempla" have attracted the international creative jewellery scene. Every year, thousands of visitors gain insight into the avant-garde of contemporary jewellery.

Over the years, an extensive programme of satellite exhibitions and events has developed, taking place across the various districts of Munich. In addition to exhibitions organized by the artists themselves, institutions such as the Gallery Handwerk, the Bavarian Arts and Crafts Association, and the Neue Sammlung in the Pinakothek der Moderne, present contemporary jewellery exhibitions. Thus, Munich has established itself as a secret jewellery city over the decades.

With the "SCHMUCKinfopoint" we aim to make this event even more well-known, especially among Munich's inhabitants. As a central meeting point, we warmly invite everyone to visit us digitally and in person to collect information and be inspired.

February 20-24 - 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
