Open Call for Romanian Jewelry Week 2025

In 2024, the fifth edition of Romanian Jewelry Week showcased the works of over 230 designers and collectives from all over the world and welcomed over 5000 visitors. The format of the event includes each year a large area of exhibitions, fairs, conferences, workshops, seminars and guided tours, with one main location as well as connex locations. The ROJW awards are designated by an international jury board, as well as special awards each year by official partners.

- The 6th edition of the event will take place between 1st-5th of October 2025 in Bucharest, Romania.

ROJW Categories:

1. Exhibition area
Date: 1-5th of October 2025, in the main exhibition or partner galleries and museum in the official map of the event. *Designers can send their pieces for this section without attending the event in person.

• Independent designers can apply for an individual stand (120 x 80 cm) or a 1/2 stand (a stand shared between two designers, resulting in an allocated space of 60 x 80 cm).
• Jewelry Schools - The allocated stand is 250 x 120 cm. Max 10 students can be included.
• Collectives, groups, associations, or institutions - The allocated stand is 250 x 120 cm. Max 10 designers can be included.

2. Fair area
Date: 1, 4 and 5th of October 2025 plus exhibition area during 2-3th of October. *only for designers and collectives who can attend personally the fair.

• Independent designers—individual stand (120 x 80 cm). This package includes the stand, signage (name, country, QR code, designer biography and collection concept), and an online portfolio. It allows for direct sales during the fair.
• Collectives, galleries, associations - Stand dimensions 250 x 120 or three individual stands. Collectives can showcase a maximum 10 designers. It includes the stand, and signage (name, country, QR code). It allows for direct sales during the fair.

3. The catalogue
Celebrating the success of the first catalogue featuring the first five years of Romanian Jewelry Week 2020 - 2025, we will continue the series with a dedicated catalog for the 2025 edition!

*This option is only available for designers and collectives that will showcase at ROJW 2025 and can not be chosen without an exhibition/fair option.
