Intro
Inspired by travel, I have trained with jewelers and craftsmen from several countries. Since 2019, I live and work in the South of France. I focused my work on antique ceramics. Currently, I have led projects between jewellery and documentary by immersing my work into the eclectic world of contemporary ceramics.

Statement

I am turning people’s objects into jewels in order to tell and wear their stories and explore the theme of memory. I specialize in antique earthenware plates. Universal but particular to each country, plates are part of our daily lives, our customs. I cut, melt, or assemble pieces in order to highlight what is precious in the ordinary, applying techniques of the jeweler, stone cutter, and potter to generate unexpected combinations. Recently I am interested in the intimate world of ceramic artists to pay tribute to their material and identities. I created a collection of jewelry/stories, using their waste as raw material. This documentary project made of meetings, jewelry and sound is named “Tessons Exquis”.
