Statement
My practice explores a worn body. As part of this process I observe myself and others; how we live within our skin, communicate value and present a sense of self. I am intrigued by the transitional relationship between body and object, creating works in direct response to framing of prevalent social or political issues in the media. My primary aim is to propose expanded definitions of jewellery, and encourage reassessment of contextual aspects surrounding objects when placed in direct relation to the body-
