- Jewellery is a culture, in different tribes, it has different meanings: Treasure, materials, decoration, amulet, religions, life, ...
- Jewellery is a performance, in different scripts, it has different actors: Designer, maker, artist, gemologist, collector, ...
- Jewellery is a media, in different statements, it has different outlooks: Ring, brooch, bracelet, bangle, necklace, collar, cufflinks, ... 
- Jewellery is a type of translation on art, design crafts and fashion. Jewellery can be precious as well as conceptual. The world of jewellery is diverse, from raw rocks to high-end fine jewellery, it is growing and evolving, wild and fast. 

Contemporary is a concept about time, a description of art, a new development about jewellery. Contemporary art jewellery has grown and developed many years, it has success and failure, but the word contemporary sometimes lose it essence on the contemporary art jewellery, it might form a frame of jewellery more or less. How about its future? How about contemporary art jeweller’s future? Art jewellers need to survive, art jewellery needs tomorrow, contemporary art jewellery need a new evolution.

The evolution of jewellery may have a certain trend, but no only one answer. What is your answer? Where is contemporary art jewellers’ voice? Let's make a new evolution of jewellery with your works no matter who you are.

Awards
The awards have two categories, Art Jewellery and Professional Jewellery

Three Awards for Art Jewellery category:
1. Growth Awards: 1 person. Growth Medal + COLLECTIVA | Joalharia de Autor Awards + YS Studio voucher £1000 + Official winner package.
2. Evolution Awards: 1 person. Evolution Medal + COLLECTIVA | Joalharia de Autor Awards + YS Studio voucher £1000 + Official winner package.
3. New Growth Awards: 5 persons. COLLECTIVA | Joalharia de Autor Awards + YS Studio voucher £500 + Official winner package.

Four Awards for Professional Jewellery category:
1. OSD Buckle Awards: 1 person. £500 bonus + OSD Medal + Jewellery designer recommendation letter + Making sponsorship + OSD Fashion Edition Highlight (Brand official) + Official winner package.
2. OSD Brooch Awards: 1 person. £500 bonus + OSD Medal + Jewellery designer recommendation letter + Making sponsorship +OSD Fashion Edition Highlight (Brand official) + Official winner package.
3. OSD Cufflinks Awards: 1 person. £500 bonus + OSD Medal + Jewellery designer recommendation letter + Making sponsorship + OSD Fashion Edition Highlight (Brand official) + Official winner package.
4. OSD New Designer Awards: 5 persons. OSD Medal + Brand official designer recommendation letter + OSD Fashion Edition Highlight (Brand official) + Official winner package.

*All selected designers and artists, the works and designs will be exhibited in OSD Design Center (Kunming), and the work will be edited into the official exhibition catalogue. 
*All selected artists and designers will receive an official package (catalogue, certificate and souvenirs) and an official “wearable” jewellery book [Growth & Evolution] at the end of the exhibition.


Terms and Conditions:
The exhibition will strictly protect artists and designers' work patents.

• Art Jewellery Group: each exhibitor should submit 1-3 jewellery works according to the theme: Growth & Evolution. The materials are not limited but the size preference is within 50cm x 50cm x 50cm. In the case of special art jewellery pieces, the selected exhibitors should contact the event director in advance.
• Professional Jewellery Group: each designer should design jewellery works according to the theme: Growth & Evolution. The jewellery type should focus on brooch, cufflinks and belt buckle. The design of jewellery needs to show the knowledge of jewellery materials, structure design and aesthetics. Technical drawing and experimental samples are allowed for professional jewellery competition only. The submission design should be original and will be disqualified for entry and exhibition once found to be plagiarisms.
• Relevant images materials, design description/art statements and personal profile [CV] should be submitted to the email address before 26th, November 2019 to herman@yeshengedu.com for selection by the Jury team and organising committee.
• Application and exhibition are free of charge. 
• From November 26, 2019, the jury panel will judge all submitted works. The results will be announced on Yesheng Art & Design Center official Instagram account and Klimt02 website by 10th, December 2019, and the organising committee will contact the selected artists and designers in time. 
• On 14th, February 2020, the Growth & Evolution international jewellery exhibition will open. Our organisation will not be responsible for transportation, shipment and insurance cost of exhibition pieces. If the artworks or designs are sold or ordered, our organisation will not take any commission, the full amount will be given to the artists and designers.

The organising committee reserves the following rights: to display the selected works, to photograph the exhibited works and use images for book edition, and to publish the public works and work collections for exhibition domestic and abroad.
The organising committee will not use selected artworks and designs for other business purposes before the permissions from artists and designers. Artists and designers reserve all rights for their own arts and designs. 
After the exhibition, the organiser will ship the pieces back with exhibition certificates and souvenirs [The organiser will contact the individual artist on shipment details].

COLLECTIVA | Joalharia de Autor is an independent platform and gallery-store which has already positioned itself as a hub in the city of Porto. Yesheng Art & Design Center, a Chinese pioneer Fashion & Design Education School. In 2014, Yesheng was founded at Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology Park, one of the industry & innovation incubator owned by the Top 1 ranked Fashion Design School.
