Intro
COLLECTIVA | Joalharia de Autor is an independent platform and store-gallery which has already positioned itself as a hub in the city of Porto (Portugal) by allowing emerging designers to present their work. Directed to promote contemporary jewellery, Collectiva presents a careful selection of small collections, limited editions and exclusive pieces, as well as a wide program of exhibitions and regular events.
The Collecitva Meeting | International Exhibition will bring together more than 85 national and international artists, by proposing to do an exposition and sale event that will promote new talents and the innovative work within the contemporary jewellery field. From among the selected artist, are those of 30 different nationalities, including Japan, Korea, China, Russia, Brazil, Canada, USA, Germany, UK, Italy, Romenia, Argentina, Greece and more.


We want to distinguish the most fabulous works presented at this international exhibition. Therefore, at the inauguration day, the following prizes will be awarded:
Collectiva Meeting Award
The winner of this prize will have the opportunity of being a Guest Designer at Collectiva during a period of 3 months.
Porto Jóia Award
Between 8 to 10 artists will be offered and exposition spot at the most important international jewellery fair of Portugal, Porto Joia, an event that will take place from 27-30th September.
FAIRE Magazine Award
The FAIRE Magazine, which is known for supporting and promoting new projects and challenges, will select one of the artists and will dedicate an interview and an editorial to his/her jewellery.

The winners will be selected by the following invited jury:
Carlos Silva (the Portuguese Ambassador of Portugal at Art Jewelry Fórum - AJF / Jewellery Designer) ;
Fátima Santos  (General Secretary of AORP ) ;
Nelson Vieira (Stylist, Fashion Art Director);
Olga Noronha (Coordinator of jewellery course at Escola Superior de Artes e Design / jewellery designer);
Vera Deus (Stylist and Fashion Consultant);
Fábio Sernadas (FAIRE Magazine CEO | Director)
There will be also a Public Choice Award that will reflect the preferences of the public who will visit the Colletica Meeting. The winner of this award will have direct access to the next edition of Collectiva Meeting 2019, without passing through the open call selection process.
