Bio

Denis Music is a Ukrainian jewelry artist who excels in contemporary style. He began his practice in 2013 after more than 15 years of experience in graphic design. Denis's educational background includes graduating from the Interregional Center of Jewelry Art in Kyiv, Ukraine, in 2012, and completing an intensive course at the Alchimia Jewellery School in Florence, Italy, in 2021. Denis believes that a piece of jewelry should be something more than just a pretty jewel; it should have a voice. In his latest collections, he raises certain political issues to draw the world's attention to Russia’s criminal war against Ukraine.
 

Statement

The year 2022 became a turning point for me. I realized that the ability to create is the most important distinction of being human. As long as I breathe, I will create. Creating jewelry makes me feel alive. It allows me to process and rethink my feelings, inviting dialogue. Jewelry is my language of communication with the world. I believe that jewelry has a voice. Every piece should speak. Jewelry helps us build connections with each other, especially in times of great contradiction.
