Statement
Much of life is composed of repetition, reproduction and texture which I have always found fascinating. My work is comprised of the combination and repetition of geometric shapes mostly spheres, semi spheres, its derivations and deformations. Harmony and texture is achieved by multiplication, extension and reduction of these three dimensional pieces. There is also an element of optical illusion that shows concave and convex forms based on incidence of light. I like the challenge of combining precious and nonprecious materials such as gold, silver, pearls, enamel and resin.
