This video interview presents the conceptual and creative practices of Israeli jeweller, Inbar Shahak.
"I always use traditional textile patterns and technique as my inspiration, combining it with modern material and manufacture method to achieve a modern update fashionable look. My greatest passion is to combine ancient tradition textile with new modern technique, at first I started with an old German knitting book from 1929, I took the crochet patterns, knitted them, and manipulated them with twisted sterling silver wire".
