BJW 2024 Program:

  • PARTICLE[S] exhibition
On our planet dominated by the urgency of transformation, PARTICLE[S] proposes a variation on the theme of those tiny forces, their active solidarity and hidden power. These minuscule bodies are capable, by amalgamating, to compose large ensembles and thereby constitute the basis of all creation, of all transformation. Their subtle arrangement ends up creating work, or on the contrary, generating chaos.
PARTICLE[S] have irresistible strength…

82 international designers selected by a jury, 100 pieces displayed.
A catalogue will be available on sale.

MAD Brussels, Place du Nouveau Marché aux Grains 10 , 1000 Brussels.
April 25 - May 5,
10 am–6 pm.
Closed May 1st.
Free entrance.

  • NoWaste exhibition
In essence, the NoWaste Project not only transforms discarded items into stunning jewelry but also acts as a catalyst for social change and environmental consciousness

This avant-garde approach gives a second life to useless objects by transforming them into contemporary and ethical pieces, crafted by 89 students from Belgian jewellery schools under the guidance of their professors.
The proceeds from the sale of these 170 unique pieces significantly contribute to the non-profit association, Solidarité Grands Froids, which supports the underprivileged in Brussels.

MAD Brussels, Place du Nouveau Marché aux Grains 10, 1000 Brussels.
