In my work, I engage with social and political issues, particularly cultural identity, memory, violence, and the relationships between the Global North and South. I often work with natural materials such as seeds, stone, and textile techniques, which function as carriers of history and meaning. I consider jewelry to be an ideal medium for addressing these often uncomfortable subjects, as its close relationship to the body creates an intimate point of encounter. Through this physical proximity, my work invites a personal engagement with collective experiences.News!
