On Saturday, October 3rd at 20:00, immerse yourself in the Sensitive Cartographies exhibition, through a sensory experience where six artists dissolve the boundaries between mediums to create a collective wandering through intimate inner worlds.
Artist list
Julia Boix-Vives, Clémentine Despocq, Isabelle Gillieaux, Jeannette Knigge, Svetlana Prigoditch, Philippine Schaefer
Sensitive Cartographies is imagined as a sensory labyrinth. Each room and installation reflects a state of mind, an inner landscape, or a fragment of the self. Jewellery and objects appear alongside photography, natural materials, sound and text, creating spaces that visitors can enter and explore.
Rather than following a fixed path, visitors are invited to wander through the exhibition, to get a little lost and discover their own way.As the different elements come together, the boundaries between jewellery, photography, performance and installation begin to blur.
The body is at the centre of this experience. Moving, stretching, shifting or transforming, it becomes a way of connecting the works.Through performance, photography, jewellery and objects, the body is presented in different way; as something physical, but also as a landscape and a place of experience.
The combination of these different media creates an atmosphere that is at once surreal, intimate and open. It is a space to look, listen, move and experience rather than simply observe.
During the opening, the six participating artists will become part of the exhibition themselves. They will interact with the audience through words, gestures, movement and the wearing of their works. Each artist will bring something of her own world into the space, offering glimpses into the ideas, feelings and landscapes behind the work.
The performance is an invitation to enter these different worlds, to wander between them and to share a moment of reflection and connection.
When: Saturday, October 3rd at 20:00.
On opening reception: Saturday, October 3rd 2026, 19:00 to 21:00
