Espace Borax

Einzweidrei collective was founded in 2006, organising international contemporary art exhibitions for fifteen years. In 2021, Nicolas Christol and Mélane Zumbrunnen opened a new art space, this time dedicated mainly to contemporary jewelry. Located in a 13th-century building that used to be a prison, the gallery is housed in a former cell. Non-commercial, Borax invites five times a year Swiss and international artists to exhibit solo or in groups.

During shows Saturday and Sunday, 1-6 pm.

30 May: Opening Robin Deriaz.
13 & 20 June: Opening + concert supporting Ragekit, an indie independent media. A special fundraising event featuring works by around 20 Swiss artists. Concert by La Chiale on 13 June (Le Bout du Monde, Vevey, 21:00)
5 September: Opening Ophélie Hilbert.
28 November: Group show. Everything’s Under Control, 15 artists from Switzerland, India, Germany, Taiwan, China, Pakistan, Portugual and more!
