A-Gallery
Gallery
Published: 25.01.2023
A-Gallery represents the widest selection of Estonian art jewellery. A-Gallery is a unique exhibition and shopping space where you can meet the artwork from over 100 different artists. Our purpose is to represent professional jewellery artists and designers, creating an outstanding display of studio jewellery, unique pieces and exhibition works. Every piece of jewellery in our gallery is exclusive and represents a unique concept and style of the artist.
A-Gallery introduces the art jewellery to local and international audiences through monthly exhibitions, which are historically displayed in the vault and on the gallery windows.
A-Gallery was founded in 1994 by jewellery artists themselves. A brave step to cooperate served the purpose to create a space where it would be possible to exhibit the works of artists directly to the public. At the moment the gallery has 65 shareholders, all professional jewellery artists.
The gallery is situated in a historical building. The old Vault room has been used as an exhibition space since 2005. The exhibitions change every month and the program is developed once a year through an open competition. The past and present exhibitions can be viewed on the website here.
What makes A-Gallery even more special is the fact that right above the gallery, on the upper floors of the house, are the studios of many artists, and thus it is possible to easily make special orders and establish contacts between the jewellery artists and the customers. Whether you would like to adjust an item found in our shop or get a unique piece made to your desires, our sales assistants will guide you to find the perfect solution and the most suitable artist to transform your ideas into reality.
