The eye must be as round as the world is round, I paraphrase Chilean artist Roberto Matta, who invites us to unfold our gaze, to embrace not from the squared but from the curved, from the deep, from the elevated, to see the atmosphere, the territory.

The eye is a new taste.
The eye must be as round as the world is round, I paraphrase Chilean artist Roberto Matta, who invites us to unfold our gaze, to embrace not from the squared but from the curved, from the deep, from the elevated, to see the atmosphere, the territory.
The object art in the exhibition Mumblings in Reserve, alludes to a fine selection of works by artists from Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Finland, Spain and Korea, that show the quality of exploration in forms, materials and poetic flight, a condition that makes each piece a note that stimulates an attentive gaze, that unfolds the thought and all together validate a forceful art to savor with delight.
The gaze that is intervened, accused, forced (indoctrinated) here has a great opportunity to be free, to travel, to recognize, perhaps to remember and undoubtedly to imagine in the same way when the senses come into contact with earthly food, something of flavor, of philosophy and who knows, of intoxication.
/ Jorge Godoy González, Co-founder of the Platform La Brújula Arte en Tránsito.
Opening: April 28th at 6:30 pm.
Hours: 11:00 to 18:00 hours.
