Jewelbook is the result of an international teamwork, 276 artists are showing more than 570 pieces of contemporary jewelry handcrafted by the finest jewelry artists from 40 different countries.
Stichting Kunstboek Publishers established in 1992 is a specialized publishing house in the field of fine and decorative arts.
They had a plan, a mission, to create a book that would give a voice to all creative people in the field of contemporary jewel art. The interest and the number of positive reactions to this plan were beyond expectations.
Jewelbook is the result of an international teamwork, 276 artists are showing more than 570 pieces of contemporary jewelry handcrafted by the finest jewelry artists from 40 different countries.
Three exceptional personalities, whose work was outstanding on many levels, received a special mention and an 'Oyster Award'.
Jewelbook not only wants to show the most innovative works in contemporary jewelry, but also wants to support jewelry as cultural expression of our time and will become an important reference in the field of art.
With this first edition of Jewelbook Stichting Kunstboek will establish a long-term relationship with all enthusiast jewelry artists and also with all likeminded people passionate about contemporary jewelry.
