Intro
JOYA Barcelona Art Jewellery & Objects is the main art jewellery and author objects fair in Spain. Gathering a great number of independent artists as well as related organizations, schools and other entities. In its 13th edition JOYA Barcelona invites you to imagine a dream place, where artistic minds will show their new creations. Inspired by the power of transformation - from any material to art jewellery - as the ALCHEMY, from an ordinary metal to gold.
This antique discipline of doctrine and experimentation of chemical phenomena, analyses the transmutation of metals, the elixir of life and the search for stone philosopher. The ALCHEMY is also related with secret methods, the elixir of immortality, the creation of panaceas able to cure any disease; and to development of a universal solvent. We invite all jewellery makers to translate this mysterious tradition into art jewellery, in order to show in Barcelona, the power of creative minds.

JOYA will be held from September 22nd to October 24th, 2021. Individual artists and Award Winners at the Disseny HUB Barcelona - Schools, galleries and collectives will take place at Artesanía Catalunya simultaneously.
