Statement
Why Do I Make Jewelery? To say it in a few words:I love making things that are related to the body.
When I start working, I have intuitions, materials, desires, and doubts. The work is the result of ideas that I could materialize and that became a project. I hope it is able to stimulate other’s emotions and open doors to their own imagination. A piece of Jewelery should provoke! Provoke questions, provoke emotions, provoke desires!
Rings are made to be manipulated: put them on, take them off, play with them. Wearing a ring influences our gestures, our body language. We experience our own hands differently. The relationship between a ring and a finger is very special: I focus on the space between the ring and the finger and incidentally between fingers.
