Organized by the Assamblage National Jewelry Association and the Gallery of Art in Legnica, the International Jewellery Competition is dedicated to the designers and creators of contemporary jewellery and has been promoting creative explorations in the field of goldsmithing and, at the same time, creative statements on the problems of the contemporary world.

The theme Touch, under which the latest edition of the competition was held, attracted the attention of a wide range of artists who referred to it in the most diverse ways, recognising the whole range of contexts and associations that this sense -particularly close to jewellery- could carry.

The jury evaluated 426 works by 240 artists from 30 countries, qualifying works by 51 artists from 13 countries for the main exhibition.

The opening will take place on the 9th of November, while the exhibition will be available until the 6th of December.
