My research starts from a reflection on a parallelism between the words used in the graffiti movement "tags" and the language of the Z Generation made up of cryptic abbreviations typical of the language of the web.
I created a jewelry collection using 3d technology, based on an alphabet designed by me.
Each jewel through acronyms inspired by contemporary "hashtags" express the problems, peculiarities and everyday life of my generation, divided between the virtual world and the real one, bombarded with images and information, fluid and eager for change.

Intro
The Jewelry Design Department at IED Milan fosters a complete and cross-disciplinary education in the contemporary jewelry field. The complex scenario is embraced by opening a dialogue between two apparently distant realities: an intimate and experimental approach and a company-oriented design, both fundamental for jewelry designers.
