Central Saint Martins, BA (Hons) Jewellery Design
Published: 02.01.2025

The BA Jewellery Design course at CSM is for students who want to define the future of contemporary jewellery.
The course promotes a wide range of interpretations of jewellery design and, through the activities and achievements of staff and students, enjoys an international profile and a fantastic reputation.
Based at the stunning CSM Kings Cross campus in Granary Square, the BA (Hons) Jewellery Design is located in the heart of London.
Over three years of study, students will explore a variety of approaches and contexts within the jewellery discipline. Students also have the option to take a sandwich year between year 2 and 3 to complete industry placements and achieve a Diploma in Professional Studies.
The course offers excellent facilities and expertise; an international cohort of students; exciting live projects and industry opportunities, collaborative projects with other courses at CSM; design and enterprise projects; study trips to Munich and within the UK; scholarships opportunities; prizes from our external partners awarded within the course and at the Final Graduate Show; excellent introductions to professional practice and to industry contacts; and a rich, challenging and forward thinking curriculum.
Our recent collaborators and industry connections include Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Swarovski, Theo Fennell, The Worshipful Company of Tin Platers alias Wireworkers, Winterson Pearls, Autor and Annoushka, to name a few.
The BA Jewellery Design values an awareness of cultural issues relevant to jewellery and encourages an investigation of the ethical implications of manufacture. We support our students to explore social and environmental issues, and to maintain a responsible creative practice.
