Bio
Philip Sajet is an internationally recognized Dutch jewelry artist and goldsmith, born in Amsterdam in 1953 (or 1952 according to some sources) He studied at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy (1977–1981) and interned with Francesco Pavan in Padua, Italy (1981). Visiting lecturer at prestigious institutions such as the Royal College of Art (London), the Rhode Island School of Design, Shenkar Tel Aviv and Alchimia Contemporary Jewellery School in Florence. His work is included in numerous top collections worldwide, including: Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam, Rijksmuseum, Victoria and Albert Museum (London) Museum of Fine Arts Boston & Houston, LACMA (Los Angeles) Musée des Arts Décoratifs (Paris), Schmuckmuseum Pforzheim, Pinakothek der Moderne (Munich), CODA Museum (Nijmegen), Powerhouse Museum (Sydney).Statement
